Not a government office or records custodian. Odessa Residents Directory is a private reference. We cannot retrieve or certify a file, verify a person's address, or change a government roll. Those matters belong with the office that maintains the record. For an emergency, call 911. If someone is stalking or harassing you, contact local police.
Finding the Right Record
These routes point to the right Odessa or Ector County record custodian:
- Property or a named street: use the Odessa street directory for address-keyed sources.
- Historical books and past households: start with the Odessa directory book collections.
- One person and a record match: use the Odessa resident lookup process.
- Office responsibilities: see the Odessa records offices summary.
- Material not online: direct a precise request to the named custodian under the Texas Public Information Act.
